Yep I think its the iphone app, if u go into feedback it has a standard response, grrrr so annoyed!

Yes, it would be. I use my iPhone to leave feedback and whatever I wrote for the last person it's still there.

As mentioned in another thread, it's not a bug with the app when iPhone users leave a positive and it flips to negative. The only way that could happen is when you're doing the first DSR and accidentally hit the negative button as it's so close.

Just check everything before submitting.
