I would be opening an UID and let it close out after 4 days.

In the old days, before I made everything BIN, I would have sent a message to the buyer saying that I was going to open an UID in order to recover my fees and that since I had not heard from them, they should just ignore it.

I did not add that they would be getting an strike on their account and that they would be added to my BBL.
