Super Sunday Promo

Is anyone else not gettting the email for the Promo?  I had issues over the last few weeks, contacted support and was told I could list my items and request a credit.

 

Last Sunday still couldn't activate the Promo, contacted support again, now they're saying you have to get an email with the offer.

Not 100% sure but have read that most offers are by email invitation only.  Not selling these days so only guessing here.  Someone will be along soon I am sure.

I haven't had the email for several weeks, but the offer is in my 'My Selling' every Sunday.

I've been getting the emails and it also shows in the promo section (not this ID, obviously).

It appears in my promo section almost straight after midnight, but the email usually doesn't arrive until sometime after midday.

Some weeks I get the email, others I don't. Like Dave, it always appears in my promo section on my selling page.

I don't get any emails, doesn't show in My Promo section on any of my 3 accounts. Smiley Sad
