If you have tracking, you are 100% covered by PP. I have had 2 PP account hacking claims through PP and in both cases PP refunded the buyer and let me keep the money.

It's ebay you need to worry about. You better hope that there will be either a delivery or attempted delivery entry in your tracking, and soon!
