Just noticed that my preferences had been automatically adjusted to show that I offer 'Click & Collect'.  Personally I don't see the benefits of this - another set of hands to lose the parcel - and on the couple of occasions I have used it the staff at Big W seldom know what it's all about. 

Might be worth checking your listings to see if the same has occurred.
