Buyer requests return outside my return policy

hi there,

I sold a dress for $25 on June 13th, payer paid the 14th and it was posted the next day. I offer a 7 day refund policy and I am usually pretty flexible because of AusPost. The buyer contacted me today July 13th and asked for a refund saying the item was covered in stains when they received the item. I have 100% feedback and check my items very carefully. i did not see any stains. Not saying they aren't there, but I didn't see them. I have asked for photos and received 2 extremely blurry close up photos that could be from anything. 

 

If the return is well outside my return policy, but within the 30 day policy and the buyer does not provide the information I need, do I have to accept the return?

 

I get the feeling that I am being scammed. Even with postage delays, it would still be 20 odd days since she would have received the item, why take so long to get back to me if you spotted the stains right away?
