people may not know, not saying intentionally, but i think people may ask questions the wrong way to, when they ask customer service, what do you think taking into consideration below.

Define the HANDLING in Postage and handling.

I mean why really does eBay want to try cut out postage fees altogether, in listings. idk when it comes to that side not to familiar with the changes, still familiarizing with eBay it's to be honest.
