I love it when people talk about suing using a 'No win, no fee' lawyer.

No such animal exists.

You get charged for lots of things.   The devil is in the detail.

i wouldn't even look at any form of legal action unless you were losing out on hundreds of thousands, or millions of dollars - which i find hard to believe that any "product review" would result in that kind of loss.
