Not eBay here, just members like your self. You need to check on the tracking number. Since the item is being sent by the GSP there can be delays before it even leaves the US.

Also, I do hope you realise that electrical goods from the US work on 110 volts NOT 240 volts, so you will have to get a voltage transformer to use it unless it has a 240 volt switch on it, otherwise as soon as you turn it on it is likely to blow up.

You are not contacting ebay here, despite what the title says.

Nobody here can tell you what your card charges are for.

Have you looked in your Purchase History to see if there is an invoice for that amount?

The title says it's a question, not an answer, and certainly not from eBay.
