Couldn't agree with you more. And definitely a no returns for you. Ludicrous new policy.
As I said above, I only ever offered 7 day returns/refunds, because if Aust Post/Courier broke it on the way (which has only happened twice), or if the buyer believed it wasn't as described, then I considered that fair enough. Fingers crossed, I've never had a return request.
(Now I've got to figure out how to do no returns, 'cos that option wasn't there when I bulk edited before)

If you do the bulk edit I described, unticking the box after clicking the returns option, should make your listing no returns.
I have always offered returns, but think I might change it to no returns, but still not sure. My items are of the type where they will know upon opening if it doesn't meet their expectations. I don't want people holding them for a month then changing their mind. Although they might decide them they do like it! That said, I think I've only had one change of mind return in all my selling years.
Of course if an item is NAD or arrives broken, the a returns policy means nothing.

I've never bothered to find out about eBay plus. I'm only a small seller, and most of eBay's 'innovations' I don't concern myself about.
But from the posts above, it appears there may be quite a few sellers who will now opt for the 'no returns' - until eBay brings in something else to make everyone have at least 30 day returns!!
Oh, and Tippy, I did untick that box, so all is well.

Thanks Tippy ,
My notifications have been piling up . As I sell only S/H stuff I thought 7 days was a fair and reasonable return policy.
Anyway been doing it long enough now , since 2002 so I've seen the goal posts change many , many times lol.
Its only always been secondary business for me , so nothing really riding on it at the end of the day.
Ive decided to go 30 day instead of No Returns and see what happens as to see if it makes any difference at all .
Like you said Ive never had people wanting to return stuff for whatever reason .
Its either what they wanted or isn't straight away .
Cheers Rick

Why would you want to get involved with Ebay Puss ?
Would work well for some with the Free Post as long as you had Mega Margins on cost to cover it 🙂
Its got knobs on it , whilst it may push you higher up the search result rankings its just eating up your bottom line profit .
Been there done that , thats why now I only sell S/H stuff 🙂

I used Ebay plus for the month's trial and purchased over $1000 of products from sellers that had Ebay plus and saved over $200 on postage/freight kindly paid by Ebay.
I certainly didn't join just so that I would be able to return items. I think those that want to shop with the intent of returning after use would just open an INAD rather than outlay for Ebay plus

But you are using it as a buyer not a seller 😉

Ebay didnt pay for it , the seller did in the end 😞
