digitalghost - It is there for the seller (not for the buyer) to tell other eBay members about the experience the seller had with that buyer and that transaction.
I totally agree dg, but the buyer can not recieve anything but positive, and I reiterate, if there is a problem after 'sale' why does the seller feel the need to 'advise other sellers'. If as a seller you have done the right thing, why would a problem arise? If a seller is 100% comitted to customer service - they will fix any problem within thier ability - if it comes down to an unreasonable buyer and goes to dispute - again, if the seller has honestly done nothing wrong, then case closed, surely, at least that has been my experience so far
