You need to phone to get them to remove your powerseller status.

They took mine away for some reason last year, I hadn't listed for a month or so, true, but shouldn't have dropped that much.

As it turned out once I dropped the store I got my 30 free listings straight away and with the pro rata refund on the store I am $1.68 in credit, yay me!
