Stickers - I've sent a pic of the white satchels I'm using. They are completely white on the other side too.

The dimensions are 38 x 28cm (excluding flap).

I'm not sure about using Ebay labels or not as I just take mine to the PO and he slaps the $8.30 parcel sticker with tracking on it.
