Hi my question is related to a sale i have made few days ago and find my self in being stopped from using E-Bay for some time due to PayPal limiting my account to be clear this is what hapen ,

I made a sale for $1800 AU and buyer responded correctly paying with PayPal ,when i check my account PayPal placed a limitation on using my account for any purposes ,which brings me back to limiting my ability to use my E_bay (eg:paying for a purchase i made)

I have contacted PayPal and this is what i was told that limitation is due to there requirements with goverment regulations about money laundering and antiterrorism act ,Which does not make any sense the act clearly states when and how should any transaction be monitored and investigated which concerning E_Bay sales or purchases should not be applicable to already verified customers from both organisations E-Bay and PayPal ( it is my opinion that PayPal is abusing this to gain control of larger amount of money leaving there accounts so they can have benefits of there own such as interest or investment before we can satisfied there unnecessary documentation again and again ,to cut this story short i think that E-Bay should take this matter seriously and ask PayPal to change there attitude because effects

E-Bay and there customers
