In the User Agreement you will find that paypal does have the right to hold funds until they are satisfied that the buyer is going to get the items. This often happens with high value sales from newish sellers.

You will probably find that the funds will be released when the buyer has left positive feedback for you.

If the funds are not released hen you can threaten them with reporting to the Banking Ombudsman...and do so if hey do not release the funds.
