More likely you registered a business account. It's easy enough to fix. Close your account, move house (or get a PO Box) and get another email address.

If you start from scratch with a 0 feedback account you will very likely get the freebies.

On the other hand, you have 127 listings. As a storeholder you get a minimum of 600 listings per month. Why do you need extras? You wouldn't be using your allocation anyway.
