If an email address or phone number was on the package, the buyer is generally able to redirect parcels to a completely different address, so they may have done that. An Aus Post staff member told me that this is not reflected in a parcel's tracking history, either (the request to redirect, I mean).
I wouldn't do anything unless they contacted me about it.
