Gday all.

A Seller bought and paid for a book then asked for a cancellation (as she was putting her phone back in her bag, and didn't intend buying  and paying for it)

I went into PayPal and issued a refund less the 69c non refundable PayPal fee.

In Order Details, it is showing the amount refunded but having a balance of the 69c.

Did I do wrong as I can't see how to complete the cancellation process on eBay?

The only option there is to give a full refund; I have already given a partial refund and am reluctant to go this way.

Any help and words of wisdom would be appreciated.
