Personally I've given up thinking about the whole subject. I just raise the disputes, close them and move on

I gues I've just become jaded by all the excuses and lies over the years. A few years back they actually used to come up with amusing reasons, and I remember that "grannie died" was a popular one... but now days they don't even do that!
