Unfortunately they won and have not paid (surprise surprise). Case is now open.

Someone added the link to add them to the blocked list and I will do it now. One of the people I contacted who also had a non payment from this woman relisted the item and the non payer was the highest bidder for the second time and again didnt pay. eBay has to do something to stop this type of behaviour.
