Buyer 

has been making last second bids on products without the intention to buy, thus creating cancellation issues and cutting legitimate bidders out of the sale process.

I don't know how to report this seller, but they have cost me and others time and money. Don't be there next victiom

You cannot name and shame on the boards.

 

The ID will be removed by a moderator.

 

Your auction only finished 2 hours ago.

 

How do you know they are bidding without intending to buy?

 

Have they communicated their intention?

 

Open a NPB as soon as possible and then put them on your BBL
