Yep - across the three accounts I run (one personal, two for my employer), the level of non-paying bidders has skyrocketed in the last few months. The overwhelming bulk of those are "zero feedback" accounts.

Used to be a rarity, now it's a regular thing - on my personal account alone, two out of the last four sales have been non-payers.
