Yeah, I know the full story. But this is eBay, not the real world.   Listing of "brand names" is often what gets you restricted. Try listing more than 10 LV items and see how far you get. I'd say that UGG is on the special list that flags you for attention   Even though in AU it's just a generic term, eBay is a worldwide marketplace. Yeah, I also note that the OP is only selling to AU... but that doesn't mean eBay T&S won't stick their noses in.   Easy for the OP to test... just list something (anything) in a different category. That way they'll know if it's a site-wide restriction, or only relates to the Uggs, etc.
