How is it a scam exactly?

As a buyer, I've used it since launch and saved hundreds on shipping. Way more than what I paid for it.
If you don't buy much on eBay, then it's not the right product for you. That doesn't make it a scam.

As a seller, the products that can be valid for plus gives me a leg up over other sellers with the same items.
