I will do the right thing. The system is obviously flawed but the good buyers far outweigh the bad so I'll just suck it up and relist the items.

No it's not flawed... they've improved it HEAPS compared to the "bad old days".

Raise that Non Payment Dispute, and if the buyer doesn't pay you then you should close it, get a refund on your fees and issue a Non Payment Strike.

Now, do this immediately.. go to My Ebay > Account (tab) > Site Preferences and open up teh Buyer Requirements section.

Switch everything on, and set a block of all bidders who have 2 or more Non Payment Strikes in the past 12 months. Make sure to apply these to your curent listinmgs, then SAVE.

OK... now the habitual non-payers can't buy your stuff.

Heaps better than leaving then Negative Feedback, but not being able to stop them buying from you (which is how it used to be).

Somebody who doesn't care about paying for what they buy is CERTAINLY not going to care less about copping a 16x16 pixel red dot on a computer screen. Leaving negatives for non-payers was never effective anyway.
