Okay, I'll put my hand up to never having heard of Jeff Bezos till now.

I have to wonder why ebay opted so many sellers into immediate payment if they use dummy bidders to get extra fees on non-paid items. And wouldn't all the extra rigmarole required for getting your fees back put more of a load on the servers? Now I know ebay doesn't always act logically but this really defies logic.
