trying to verify phone number but never got a call or text to verify. When i try to list an item, it tells me to verify my phone number over and over despite me already hittiing ok for further verification.

not sure how to help, but is it something as simple as entering your phone number using a +61 prefix without the 0 part of the area code or mobile number?

 

e.g. +61 2 XXXX XXXX for a NSW number

       +61 4 XXXX XXXX for a mobile

 

The enter box might require you to not include spaces, in which case the above numbers would be entered as:

 

+612XXXXXXXX or +614XXXXXXXX

 

If the +61 is already in the enter box then obviously you only need your number minus the zero.

Try clearing cache and cookies, changing browsers and rebooting. That might not be specific to this issue, but it tends to solve a lot of eBay problems.

 

Or try verifying your account before trying to list.

 

Otherwise you might have to ring eBay.
