Sorry Click and Send, this is SO SO SO NOT GOOD ENOUGH.



Yes, the sit is still down and is very inconvenient, to say the least, impacting on clients, eBay sellers and their customers.  But have you noticed the complete lack of transparency and responsibility in admitting the security fault that we are "not smart enought to have noticed"? The complete lack of reasonably easy IT security measures make this not only another colossal stuff up but one in which we are all paying for dearly.  Not just in customer relations but also breaches of personal privacy.   And no doubt will pay for again and again. 



Autralia Post, you can "apologise for the inconvenience" all you like but until you pull your finger out and start fixing your security settings I'm not going to believe a word you say.



Sorry to everyone else for the rant, - I'm normally a very benign creature. . . . that is, until shoddy service becomes the rule rather than the exception.
