rang ebay. they're coordinating with the marketing dept.  they will honour what listed today with the 1.10 fvf (if you ring them get ref no) but will come off your 40.  from what I can gather, best to wait till the 16th 17th (and I'd take a screen shot of your accepted view stating the dates.

Intra-eBay team coordination?  Good luck with that.

Make note of the time of your call, track the item numbers of any sales that end up need to be. 'honoured', and be prepared to chase up eBay CS for FVF deductions when you get charged the full amount for them.

And when you are chasing, do it via online chat you you get emailed a transcript proving what you've been told/promised etc. Saves a lot of time later when you can simply direct the next CS agent to a transcript of what the previous CS agent committed to.

personally I can't be bothered with all that and will list tommorro or the next weekend promo offered.  others may be more patient.

Just checked this morning.... following the email link for the promo it says that I have accepted the offer, but in my Seller Hub it's not there. So I don't think the promo is working for 16-17th.  Has anybody else have it appear in their promos section in Seller Hub?
