The buyer purchased the item on Sun 5 Apr and Paypal notified they were processing the buyer's eCheque and estimated that funds would be available between 8 - 14 April.  I thought that sounded like a long time but I assume it takes account of the Easter holidays.

It's now 15 April and I haven't heard anything.  Should I be concerned?  Who should I express my concern to - Paypal or Ebay?  Or what else should I do?
