Why are the buyers still allowed to rate the postage speed during the covid crunch? Its not our fault that the postal system is so backed up. And seeking refunds because of late items atm shouldn't be allowed either. It's unfairly affecting seller ratings. And as a new seller how am I supposed to get anywhere like that?? If you take a look at this link you'll see that the 'Postage speed' DSR is for rating "...How quickly the seller posted the item...", not the speed of the shipping method.
