Hope you sent the item with tracking.

If so, upload the number into the order so that it is "official".

As mentioned, if you're a irregular seller, then your money will be held for 21 days. However, if you can upload the tracking and it confirms delivery, then try give PP a call and ask them to release the funds.

Not sure if PP are managing their call centre full time, but definitely try their number.

 

Also, your bank account needs to be verified by PP before any transfers can take place - have you done this?
