Yeah that could also be the problem but what my point is that there are several others that are selling the same thing and there ads are never pulled or restricted. There are many "knock off" items on eBay it's just I am trying to figure out how to correctly and legally list them. Cheers

If they are "knock offs" ie fakes, then you should not be listing them, end of story. It doesn't matter that others are listing them, eBay have obviously got you in their sights.

If you keep doing it your account will be restricted or closed. If eBay NARU's you, you'll never get back to sell again on their platform.

(NARU - "no longer a registered user")

So how are other sellers able to list earphones? They are all over ebay and many successfully do it. So obviously it's allowed to some extent.

Don't worry about what others are doing, and may or not be getting away with.  maybe some of the other sellers are reporting your violations, who knows.

It is up to you to make your listings compliant, no trademarks etc.

I would suspect that most of the other sellers are registered in China (look at their feedback for registration location). As such they are untouchable, they're often called "Teflon Sellers" here.............

Edit. G'day gp.

So they're actually based in china or just "registered"?

If they're registered in China, that's where they are based, many will claim to have stock in Australia - which is often non-existant.

Yeah I just checked a seller and it states location is Australia. This person is selling the exact same item and has sold over 4200. I have alot of stock and all I need is a fair go like these other sellers.
