At the risk of sounding like I'm defending eBay, if they're processing payments each day—regardless of whether it takes 1 day or 5 to show up in your account—how is that not daily? Some sellers have reported the funds hitting their account the day after eBay transfer it out, while for others it takes longer, presumably due to the differning clearance times that exist between various financial institutions.

And how do you know eBay are invensting it in short term money markets, and what they make from it? Why aren't you doing that instead of selling if it's a more profitable business activity?
