Not sure if it's policed any differently, or the same policy doesn't apply on Ebay UK.

But I recently searched for an item, a generic automotive accessory, doesn't suit any specific brand or model of vehicle whatsoever, and gave up after the sixth page (50 items per page - or in excess of 300 duplications) of one UK seller's identical item, each title only differing by changing the specific car model at the end. (Keyword spamming also)

As the item doesn't suit any particular car, reporting for both multiple listings, and keyword spamming produced a zero result, and their items remain as is.

Since I got tired of trawling through, I gave up and just bought one from the local auto accessory retailer, for maybe a few bucks more.

Ebay...... lost sale!
