@carls*world - just a handy hint for future reference, you can remove specific seller's listings from your search results if you find there's one or two spamming them. 

When you conduct a search, click the Specify sellers link under the Seller heading in the left-hand menu, then tick the "Only show Items from..", set it to Exclude and type or paste the seller's ID in the box. (You can type more than one seller, just separate each one with a comma). 

ebay aren't doing much to uphold some of their policies when it comes to very high-volume sellers, unfortunately.
