I did click on both links, they were different with each attempt, and neither made any sense. I think my Norton protection took care of them.
In terms of what the buyer was trying to achieve, of course you are right, but I was off on a tangent thinking they were trying to rack up a feedback score.
I've just had yet another offer of the same kind ... glad I brought this matter up, if I'm getting this many scam attempts, so many other sellers must be aswell.

For me, the offers have been on toys, but then that's what I mostly sell.
For the other sellers that left feedback, the offers were on a variety of items.

Despite reporting this scam 4 TIMES, ebay have still not taken any action against those perpetuating it.
Consequently, I am still receiving bogus best offers on my listings from Singapore.
Just letting this be known, in case it helps anyone else that this is happening to ...
