I had a buyer from Singapore with a new account, put in a best offer on
2 of my listings, with this message accompanying it: "Hi my friend. I
try to pay through PayPal and same with the Bank account it says that
the seller does not accept the payment...
Not sure what's going on, is this a freebie? I certainly didn't order it

Hi, did you find out why?I've discovered that none of my listings in
categories related to Toys, Dolls or Bears are showing on the eBay UK
site, but on any other eBay site they do show as expected.
