Postage label refund

Hi I have a question re unused postage label.

 

I have created a postage label by accident and did not use it but ebay has charged for it. The item has been shipped so I don't know if I can cancel the label. Does anyone know if I can get a refund for this? ebay has already invoiced it.

I think you have 5 days to cancel the label, then you have to wait  25 days +  for AP to verify the label has not been used before ebay can give you a credit

If it's past the 5 days since you printed the label, you will need to request a refund, best way is through live chat. You will need to provide the item number and tracking number
