ebay customer service chat help anyone else have problems with it lately ??????

i started typing in chat for help  and it said an agent would be with me in 3 minutes and its now 54 mins and still no answer  anyone else had a problem with this  lately ??????

Log out and back in, sounds like a freeze, or just the usual eBay 'service' standard LOL

lol i did that ages ago still the same finally got a reply just over 2hrs later its really pathetic  since they have changed to the new call center it only used to take 10 - 15 minutes before Christmas, and  you cant close the chat window to ask a new question either  while one is un Robot Frustratedanswered
