i started typing in chat for help and it said an agent would be with me in 3 minutes and its now 54 mins and still no answer anyone else had a problem with this lately ??????

The new chat for help is so time consuming it took over an hour yesterday just to get 3 credits back,how come sellers are never asked or told of changes ebay always assume it will help us
