Not seen that one before, can suggest a few things you can try:

Check your computer's time/date to make sure it is correct.

Try doing a full version update.

Synchronise with ebay.

Google the error message.

Ask on the TL board on the US site.

Email customer support at turbodata@ebay.com

Make sure you do a back up and then close TL down and re-open, if that doesn't work you may have to uninstall, re download and restore listings
