@holdf_58,
Your script is so small that it is far too difficult for the responders here to read with ease.
The best thing to do when posting on these boards is to use no font size specification. Just let the font size be as it is by default.
It's also daunting to see a long paragraph without any breaks. I'll copy-paste your post here in more readable format:

On 15 March 2021 I sold a rifle magazine that I had advertised (not for the first time, I have been buying and selling for years) on eBay. I immediately got a message saying I had a successful bidder, who promptly paid, also telling me NOT to send the item until the funds were in my a/c.
I then got a notice from eBay/PayPal stating that eBay had authorised to fully refund my money but not until a 21 day holding period had passed (supposedly because I was a new seller, which I don't believe because that's not a fact).
I then got another message eBay/PayPal (I can't remember which) telling me that I should post the parcel immediately so that I could get a copy of postage costs paid and a tracking number which I did prior to payment.
I was then advised to submit these details to eBay (an impossibility with their closed access policies) to expedite payment into my a/c. I have been able to impart the shipping number to PayPal who directed me to a "phantom" phone number to sort out my problems with eBay.
Never happen!!.
I am still waiting for the full 21 days until this stupid policy is up, then I will change my buyers and sellers. Enough of this **bleep**.
I also got an offer on a set of stainless Scope Rings that I had advertised. However when I attempted to press the accept offer, I got directed into a myriad of dozens of avenues, which provided everything but the ability to accept the offer. I lost that sale.
I don't know if I am being victimised because of the derogatory comments I made in response to comments I received from a seller when I returned his item, which was photographed to scam the buyer. The one and only time I have ever received such comments of a most insulting, disgusting nature. This idiot is "in charge" of a seller called [I have edited this out] (email:[I have edited this out]) Avoid them at all costs because the guy is an absolute totally vindictive raving lunatic, And I mean it.
That's my beef in utter frustration at being unable to impart such knowledge to eBay, for I have nowhere to turn after this except the WA Police Cyber Crime Squad, which may well be my last option. It is long overdue that this uncontactable monolith, eBay was brought to task and made to give free access to their organisation by their customers.
