Hi, I have been bullied by a buyer who damaged a brand new item I sent them in order to steal a part and then return the damaged item for a full refund. I reported the buyer for bullying as I was subject to this during the resolution process but am of course unaware of the outcome. Now that I have received the newly damaged item back I would like ebay to instigate an investigation however they have told me I must continue to interact with my bully. Has anyone else had this experience? So far I have refused as I believe this to be so very wrong but can't seem to find any information about other peoples' experiences in these circumstances.
