That sounds to me like a good idea. Not that I am a seller now so I wouldn't really know for sure, but when you're talking small purchases, an increase to $5.90 isn't a big deal, especially considering the person will get double the quantity. In fact if I saw those 2 ads or knew the previous prices, I'd be thinking-slight saving for the 20. 
But time will tell, I guess. I'm really interested to find out how it goes.
