Really need a bit more information to give an answer, however in general terms the Column Headings and Data have to be strictly correct, any variation will throw up an error.. Eg FixedPriceItem can't be entered as "Fixed PriceItem" (Gap), "FixedPriceitem" (Small i)

Also if you are doing a Revision Call you can't change the sale format of an active listing.
