Hi, I just need clarification on a couple of things.
I sold an item last Friday and the lady asked if she could pick it up and pay cash as she lives locally, even though my listing didn't have the pick up option. I happily agreed. I sent her an invoice without postage on it and told her not to pay it.
She ended up lagging me up until now, giving me excuses on how she was always too bust to pick up etc.
So last night I sent her a 'nice as humanly possible' message asking her to pick up quickly OR pay by PayPal and then she could pick up at her own leisure, or I'd have to raise a dispute.
This morning I found her reply : 'no worries, just excise the postage from the invoice'.
I have two questions;
1. Does she mean 'remove' the postage from the invoice I sent her? If so, she didn't read it properly because I didn't add any postage.
2. If she's a 'nutty, nut, nut' and decides that she doesn't want the item anymore / doesn't pay, will this cause implication of any sort simply because my listing didn't have the pick up option, even though I agreed to it? Would I still get my FFV back if that should happen?
Many thanks. 🙂

I said to myself,
Self, I said...
Cheer up, things could get worse,
So I cheered up and sure enough,
Things got worse.
