This is to advise a seller is selling a guitar that is not genuine.

I'd report it on the ebay item but the this functionality is not working on ebay.

When I try to report the item this is what I get from ebay...
We are not able to process your message now. Please contact eBay Customer Service.

If anyone can help please report the item.

Maybe he can do what the error message suggested and contact eBay support via live chat?

No real point. eBay is unlikely to act on the unsupported assertion of any member. They have a VERO programme where a rights holder can complain, but members, reasonably, can't expect their 'feelings' to be taken as any sort of proof.

As you are so concerned

Naturally you tried to report it more than once (especially given yesterday was eBay' fiddle day' when nothing works

and contacted eBay as it asked you do so

And contacted the other seller to advise of this fraud

No?

Sorry, nothing I (or other members) can do as I doubt anyone has the proof of fraud, as you have it, you are the one that needs to provide it to eBay (and, as I say, make the other party aware)
