Hey all, I finally got my payments after requesting a call back from eBay. He acknowledged there was an error and would escalate it to IT. He then said he would call me back on Friday but thankfully, the money came through a few hours later. Contacting eBay by chat is hopeless, request a call back and it should get sorted.
