Hi, I'm not sure where the information is coming from in regard to no more PayPal fees but this is a quick grab from my PayPal account relative to an item sold on 3rd of May from an eBay account that has been regsitered with managed payments for some time before that date.

Adding the associated eBay fees the total fees came to 13.75%
